Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Commodity-Link.com Enterprises Ltd., doing business as CLE Holistic Health (“CLE,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit cleholistichealth.com (the “Site”), make a purchase, sign up for emails or contact us. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and other privacy laws that apply to you.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and order information: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We do not store your full card number.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login details and saved preferences.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, contact form or live chat, and reviews you submit.
- Email sign-ups: your email address and consent when you join our list (for example, to receive a welcome discount).
- Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked and how you arrived at the Site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect health information through the Site. Please do not include personal health details in messages to us unless you choose to share them to get help with a product.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep the Site working, remember your cart, understand how the Site is used, and show you relevant ads on other platforms. These partners may include Shopify, Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Advertising, Hotjar, Klaviyo and our live-chat provider. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our Site also honours the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS providers, live-chat, analytics and customer-support tools
- Advertising partners, to measure and personalize ads (see Section 3 and your choices in Section 7)
- Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud
- A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business
5. Where your information is stored
We are based in Canada, and some of our service providers store or process information in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be subject to the laws of those countries, including access by courts and authorities there. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted checkout, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails: unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or contact us.
- Targeted advertising: opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page or by enabling GPC in your browser.
- Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live (including Canada, the EU/UK and certain U.S. states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and some information must be kept for legal reasons. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Children
The Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
